Dear Family & Friends,
From the moment I walked through the doors of that first children's home, a profound realization hit me with such force that it seemed to resonate through my entire being. These beautiful, healthy, and cared-for children faced bleak statistics and a future with far less than a 1% chance of comfort and success. Despite the odds stacked against them, these children exuded warmth and energy that ignited a flame in my heart to help them break free from the cycle of hardship that brought them to the children's homes.
As someone who had never before visited a children's home, the experience was overwhelming. My heart broke for these children who had no family to guide them through life and who faced a system that discarded and discouraged the poor. As I left the children's home that day, I knew in my soul that I had to do something to give these children a fighting chance at a better future.
My goal was simple yet daunting: to save just one life from the terrible circumstances and cycles that have brought them to the children's home. I knew that even a small impact could make a world of difference to these children who deserved a chance to thrive. And so, I set off on a journey that would change the course of my life forever.
As I began this journey, I was filled with a sense of purpose and passion that burned deep within me. I knew that I was meant to make a difference in the world, especially for disadvantaged children, and I was grateful for the opportunity to do so. With every obstacle I faced, I remained determined to help these children succeed, to give them a chance to break free from the cycle of hardship, and to create a better future for themselves.
The road ahead is not an easy one. Scaling our efforts to reach more children was a challenging endeavor. The bureaucratic hurdles, designing and implementing a sustainable model that could thrive over the long term, and finding highly qualified teachers who share our passion for this cause added to the difficulties we faced. But despite these obstacles, we are unwavering in our commitment to achieving our goal. We firmly believe that the impact we will make in the lives of these children will be immeasurable, and we were determined to push forward in our efforts to make a positive difference in as many lives as possible.
Along the way, I witnessed the power of faith in these children's lives. Despite the hardships they faced, they taught me the true meaning of resilience and the power of hope. Every seemingly miraculous coincidence that occurred since starting this journey felt like a divine sign, guiding me towards my purpose. These children may not be able to communicate in words, but their warmth, energy, and love have left an indelible mark on my soul.
As I continued on my journey, I knew that my goal of saving just one life was not enough. I had to do more, to make a bigger impact, to help more children succeed. And so, I set my sights higher. I increased the number of lives we aimed to save from one person to 1000 children through education and guidance.
Education is the key to unlocking the potential of these children. By providing them with access to education and information, we can not only prepare them for scholarships but also give them the tools they need to succeed in life. But education alone is not enough. These children also need guidance, support, and someone to believe in them.
I know that I am the person for the job. Despite the challenges and obstacles that lie ahead, I remain focused on my goal. I am filled with a sense of purpose and passion that drives me forward, and I am determined to make a difference in the world.
As I continue on my journey, I am humbled by the incredible support and encouragement I receive from people from all walks of life It is heartwarming to see so many people come together to help bring change to these children's lives. Together, we can make a difference in the world, one child at a time. We can give these children a chance to break free from the cycle of poverty and create a better future for themselves and their communities.
